Couples seeking comfort should look elsewhere

I have to say the staff was kind and the location was decent. We enjoyed the time spent shopping nearby. But the couch in our room? It had a stain that made you question its history. And then there was breakfast where I asked for gluten-free options, but the staff looked at me like I was an alien. There was none.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable enough to get by for a night.

Unexpected Comfort in a Busy Stay

Waking up to a cozy room and a clean pool was a great start to our trip. The staff were always welcoming, which made us feel at home!

However, despite the comfort, the shower water pressure left much to be desired, leading to a frustrating start to our mornings.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The shower barely worked and I couldn't get the water pressure to rinse off the soap properly. To make matters worse, I had to deal with loud noise from other guests who seemed to party all night long. It felt like no one was taking my concerns seriously when I brought them to the attention of the staff.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, which made our stay enjoyable! They were courteous and attentive, going out of their way to assist us whenever needed. Additionally, the breakfast had a delightful variety of options that made mornings more enjoyable.

However, the room could have used some updates to make it feel more comfortable.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I really appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The room exuded comfort with a great bed and ample hot water. Although the breakfast selection was limited due to current conditions, the coffee made each morning a bit brighter. Pro tip, arrive early to snag the best breakfast options!

The pool area was nice and bright with soothing music playing. Our room was clean and comfortable, felt almost like at home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a delightful range of options, including fresh fruit and delicious DIY mini waffles that made mornings enjoyable.

More gluten-free options would be appreciated.

Clean room and friendly staff, but very noisy doors ruined my sleep.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and mostly clean. however, issues like a broken elevator and musty odors were disappointing. Breakfast left something to be desired with limited options, but overall had some good moments during the stay.

the King Suite with Sofa Bed was spacious, featuring a comfy sitting area with a pull-out sofa. shower had great hot water, and the pool area was clean. housekeeping did a solid job refreshing the room daily with clean towels. location was convenient for freeway access and had restaurants nearby.

It was a great fit for a city break in Louisville and offered good value for money. The beds were super comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Be prepared for the breakfast area to get crowded, though.

The rooms are updated and clean. My suite had a nice sitting area and a comfortable pull-out sofa. The facilities had excellent hot water and a clean pool area. The location is convenient for freeway access. I will definitely consider staying again. 😊
